This policy explains returns, refunds, and how orders placed at https://www.lovesmokemiami.com are fulfilled by Love Smoke Miami(“Love Smoke,” “we,” “us”) through in-store pickup or local delivery across downtown Miami. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
All sales are final
Because we sell tobacco, nicotine, hemp, and related age-restricted products, sales are generally final for health, safety, and regulatory reasons. Once a product leaves our counter — at pickup or at delivery — it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold, and we cannot accept opened, used, or tampered items back into inventory.

Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund for it. This does not apply to ordinary use, dissatisfaction with flavor or strength, or change of mind, which are not eligible for return given the nature of these products.
Pickup orders
- Pickup orders are prepared at 37 NE 15th St, Miami, FL 33132 and held for the purchaser to collect.
- The person collecting the order must be 21+ and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We will refuse handoff if ID cannot be verified.
- Orders are held for pickup through the same business day. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and any charge refunded per our payment processor’s policy; perishable or restricted items may be returned to stock.
Delivery orders
- Local delivery is available across downtown Miami and the surrounding neighborhoods, subject to your address falling inside a serviceable delivery zone. Delivery is intrastate only — within Florida — and never crosses state lines.
- The recipient must be 21+ and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the door. ID is checked at handoff.
- We do not leave orders unattended. An adult who can be age-verified must be present to accept the order in person.
- If no one is available to receive the order, the recipient cannot be age-verified, the ID fails, or the recipient appears intoxicated, the driver will not complete the delivery. The order may be returned to the shop and canceled; delivery fees and any restocking may be deducted from a refund per our processor’s and courier’s policies.
- If your address is outside our serviceable zone or beyond the delivery range, we will contact you to arrange pickup or to cancel and refund the order.
Payment & refund timing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; taxes, fees, tips, and delivery charges are calculated and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and you authorize the charge for your order total when you place the order.
When a refund is approved — for a canceled order, an undeliverable order, or an eligible defective or incorrect item — it is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Delivery fees may be non-refundable where a delivery was attempted but could not be completed for reasons within the customer’s control (for example, no age-verified adult present).
